TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
TERMS OF SERVICE FOR PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
The accepted currency is only in USD and can be paid through PayPal or Cashapp.
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
Don't send any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
The time it takes to finish your commission(s) varies depending on factors such as: health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, school work, and con seasons. Please note that I have two parents in their 60's and I am their primary caretaker, one of whom is a two time cancer survivor.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image along with a GLAZE cloaked image to post online. No physical product will be available unless agreed upon during commissioning of which there will be a printer's fee plus any framing and/or matting if requested.
You get 5 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final drawing.
If you wish for me to change something in the commissioned piece you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change requested and is based on an hourly wage.
If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.
NOTE: Unless clear references are provided (Pinterest moodboards, previously commissioned works, face claims, DnD/Hero Forge Minis) character pieces will be treated as Character Design rather than a Character Illustration.
The Buyer is not allowed a refund once work on the commission has started.
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before work has started, you can get a full refund.
If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back myself.
If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evicence that I have completed the work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
Any attempt to pay with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Coin, Doge, ETH, etc) at any point will result in immediate commission termination with no refund. You will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full rights to profit further from it in any way. Further more, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again and blocked on all medias.
